# 191 - Coffee Pot with Cup and Saucer

9" x 12"
Oil on panel

Day 5 of 30 (Leslie Saeta's painting challenge)

Today I painted this electric coffee pot and a cup and saucer.  The pot came in a little plaid case I think it was used for camping.  This was an old piece from many years ago. I included a cup and saucer from my Mom's china set.  It brings back memories growing up of holidays or sometimes just randomly when she would set the table with her china.  The food was as good as the table was pretty.

Debi, your white tulips below and this last still life are amazing! I love the way the coffee pot has picked up the beautiful reflections. You are doing a great job! I have fallen behind, hope to find the time to paint today!

Thank you Jane, Sam and Celia for your wonderful comments!
it seems that I may be falling behind myself today. I hope to get two paintings posted today to keep up, but if I miss a day or two it will be okay.

Happy Painting to everyone
