# 250 - Cardinal in Winter

8" x  6" oil on gesso board panel
Today I found a few photos to use for reference for this winter painting.  I love it when a male cardinal lands in one of our pine trees on a snowy day!

Thank you for stopping by and having a look!

Hello Helen!

Great painting!
I was wondering if you'd be willing to add my blog's link to the home page of your blog? I have already recently added your blog link to the homepage of my blog under my "blog roll" section and was wondering if you could reciprocate the link back. I feel it would be good to support each other as artists, as back links are great for seo: the more links back to your site ( or blog) the better seo (search engine optimization). The more number of back links google's search engine sees the higher the ranking it is in the search engines for someone to find your blog which, in turn, leads to more visibility, and thus traffic.

Let me know what you think?

Thanks so much !

Sorry about that Debi! Meant to say "Debi" instead of "Helen". Got you two artists mixed up. Hope you'll forgive me.
