# 298 -" Fall Pansies"

Day 9 of 30 Challenge

Original oil on gesso board panel, 8" x 10"

I bought some pansies from the grocery store with hopes they might last a few days for some paintings.   The composition for this painting changed a bit as I kept adding and then wiping away floweres and stems.  I had a warm background at first then decided to go cool with light blue.

Thank you for stopping by and having a look!

The blue background really works, because it allows the orange pansies to really pop. This is a beautiful painting, Debi!

Really love this work, gorgeous flowers beautifully painted . And the cool color in the background goes perfectly with the warm colors of the flowers.
