# 169 - Lily in a Glass

I am struggling a bit the past few days with painting, I am not sure why.  More wipe offs and starting over than usual and feeling sort of blah when I sit down to paint.  Maybe a break for a few days is in order.  The weather is starting to change just a little.  I have not had a great deal of experience with plein air painting.  Today I painted a crepe myrtle and some rose bushes in my yard.  It was interesting and fun, but I was not very satisfied with the painting and wiped it clean.

Going to have to give it another try soon.
